How AFF protects the information people choose to share
Contact, volunteer, partner, event, and email-signup information stays in AFF’s protected system while payment details remain with Givebutter
Purpose comes first
Every form explains why AFF needs the information
AFF uses submitted information to answer requests, coordinate programs and events, review partnerships, support volunteers, and send updates only when a person separately opts in. Card, bank, and wallet credentials never enter the AFF database.
Consent is collected separately for each purpose
Forms request only information needed for that workflow
Accommodation and waiver access is restricted to authorized roles
People may request access, correction, or deletion through AFF
Community photos
You choose what you share
Photo Portal submissions include your name, email, event, sharing permissions, and any notes you provide. Originals remain in private storage for the AFF team to review. Only selected, approved copies appear in public albums. Public copies remove location metadata; your email is never displayed. Photo credits are optional.
Sharing a photo does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Contact info@adaptivefreedomfoundation.org to request a correction or removal, and include the album link or submission reference. Rejected uploads are scheduled for removal after 30 days; unfinished uploads expire and are removed. Approved originals remain in AFF’s private archive while needed for the stated purpose.
